| - If I could give zero stars, I would. Been taking clothes here for years. Gradually worse and worse. I wear a uniform to work. It must be pressed a certain way (collar open/flat). They got this wrong no less than 20 times. Each time I would ask to have it pressed this way. Good for a couple times. Then right back. Recently turned in uniforms Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Verified they would be open the Friday following. They assured me they were. You guessed it, went to pick up uniforms Friday for my Saturday morning shift, CLOSED. Just the other day, same thing. Went to pick up uniform for shift following day. They advise me," one of our machines broke, so we have a repairman coming Monday." Which meant, you're screwed for work in the morning.
High employee turnover, which says a lot about management. After waiting 5 days to pick up after machine break (which no one thought to notify any customers) - dealt with new counter person (for the last time). I didn't think it was possible, but she conducted the entire transaction without speaking a word. No "hello", no "thank you for your business". Nothing. Not sure what is going on at Pat's, but the wheels are coming off.
If you have anything other than a basic dry cleaning with no real necessity to pick it up in a timely manner, I would strongly suggest not going here. Horrible, horrible customer service, as well as the cleaning service itself blows.
Stay away.
