  • I don't know where to start. For someone that owns her own business you would think she would care a little more about it. Samantha was so rude. My husband and I were the only people in the entire store and she could not be bothered at all to help us. She is so apathetic it was unbelievable. One of the reasons we chose this store was because their website said they sold Canadian made products. It was difficult to find anything in the store that was not made in China. Our chair that we paid a $100 delivery fee was never delivered to us. This didn't seem to bother Samantha at all. After waiting for the chair for 3 1/2 weeks we decided to rent a van and pick it up ourselves. She made my husband carry it out to the van. She did refund our delivery fee... Overall an unbelievable customer service experience.
