  • I love coffee. This place loves coffee. I love this place. CH will sell you Stumptown coffee to take home and they get orders in on Wednesdays. My bag was $19.something (pricey). I couldn't resist getting a nitro brew coffee. It's traditionally served cold from the keg but I asked for a wee bit of ice bc I knew I'd be driving in a hot car. It had that nice Guinness waterfall and the added richness was the only way to make their cup of cold brew better. I appreciated that they offered simple syrup at the condiment bar because I didn't want to stir sugar into my cup and make my coffee more flat than the ice had made it. Okay, so I also got a cookie butter latte for the following morning... (5am wake up. It's nice to just open the fridge and have life right there, waiting for you.). While I was at it, I ordered their blueberry filled croinut (crow-nut, croissant meets donut). It was huge. It wasn't too sweet nor too buttery (is there such a thing?). Then I may have also added these little chocolate brownie bite looking items. They were dusted with chopped chocolate and topped with a coffee bean. It was thuper soft but not chewy- nothing got stuck in you teeth (big bonus!). I can't recall their name, Brisomething. My apologies. I was told they were better after being refrigerated so I bought the 3 for $4 (instead of 1 for $1.75). I didn't notice a damn difference to be honest. I'm happy I tried them because they are different but I don't see ever craving them. They are rich, dense-ish, and sort of truffle-like, and there is ground coffee mixed within. Without the coffee beans for home, my order was $20. Hailey was a wonderful help and I appreciated her entire demeanor. There was a 6-top table with multiple outlets, maybe 5 2-tops, and a bar at the window that sat 4. No true patio there, but there was a 2-top table outside their door. The look of the place was very satisfying to the visual senses. The art work on the wall was rock n roll meets new age color. The temperature was a bit cold so it didn't have that cozy, coffee shop feel. I still really enjoyed the place.
