  • I had the misfortune of hiring No Worries Rooter, a local company that has good reviews and even a BBB rating. The experience I had with them was a nightmare, Their charges were ridiculous and the work was done without my agreement or even knowledge of the final price. After doing some research I discovered that many of his online accolades were left by people he's connected to on social media as biz associates, friends or relatives. I also came across this video clip which shows them getting caught in a "sting operation" by Dateline/NBC in 2012 .youtube.com/watch?v=rOYoDqG8tjk - he is "Adrian"and the first plumber that shows up, his real name is Joe he's the owner. I have no idea how he's still in business, although his marketing, acting and spin skills are clearly effective. He's your best friend until you question something and don't fall for his slick explanations. His tactics haven't changed, I am now going through a BBB complaint and being advised to contact the Atty General because they should be investigated. Good times.
