  • Absolutely criminal what this guy does! He STEALS your money! I paid for package at one of his locations on lakeshore, I came in a month later and the location had been shut down! I didn't even receive a phone call to advise to me that he had closed down! When I went to his Rathburn location to try and work out a deal to get some money back he screamed and yelled at me to get out of his store and called the cops! I couldn't even speak to him he totally freaked out! Gary is a horrible human being... doesn't even have the decency to speak to me being a loyal customer for over 2 years! My biggest mistake! DONT GO TANNING HERE EVER! You will be cheated out of your money! He has also given away my minutes to other customers (I kept records and when I went in my minutes were always less than what they were the last time I left the salon. He proceeded to tell me that he borrowed my minutes). Horrible service... I can't believe this happened as I have been nothing but a loyal customer. I even went as far as his confederation location for a spray tan when it was completely out of my way! I go to all 3 of his locations and it's all the same terrible service.
