  • I'm writing this review based on the service department. We purchased a Bmw from Bmw Henderson about year ago, and had it serviced twice. Our service advisor Thomas G, has always been great providing us with update information about our vehicle along with exceptional customer service. Oil changes takes about 1.5 hrs by appointment which is not bad due to the volume customers they have daily. The lobby is great, it provides espresso drinks, pastries and bottled water. They loaned us car for convenience when we needed one and they stand by their warranty.
