We recenly purchased an entertainment center and had it delivered to our house on the 6th of September. The unit had to be assembled when it arrived. When I got home i noticed that it had been assembled incorrectly. Three sections were not added to the unit because they did not fit. Upon further inspection noticed that the section were not aligned correctly and one piece was put in the wrong location.
When i called Customer Service to tell them about I was told no one could come out until the drivers were available on the 15th. Why would i want the same people that came out the first time. Not happy!. There is nothing wrong with the unit.
