  • I've always had a great experience with this location. I always use Royal Purple on my oil changes and these guys are kind enough to accommodate my request. My primary mechanic would not allow me to bring my own oil for an oil change and he would always put his cheap "full synthetic" junk oil that he buys by the drum into my car. Finally I got sick of my car idling roughly and running too hot, so now I buy my oil at Pep Boys and they charge me like $20-$25 for the labor for the oil change itself. Always courteous and friendly. Only thing that needs fixing is the website. I go on and schedule an appointment for Saturday and Saturday is already fully-booked, but the website isn't smart enough to only allow bookings for available times. It will let you book any time slot any day of the week even if it isn't actually available. Kind of dumb if you ask me but this location is awesome!
