  • I am a dvd nut so I come here all the time , I read some of the previous reviews and I can say I've always had a great experience. I do also shop at the competitor Zia, but depending on what it is you're looking for they do have great deals. I bought all 10 seasons of Friends (nostalgia kicked in) for roughly $27! That was even cheaper than on Amazon! The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. I have done exchanges without a problem. One instance the dvd series I bought had some problems with a couple of the discs even though there wasn't a scratch on them! When I brought the set back, the entire staff was super nice in fixing the situation. They even went out of their way to find me another copy. In my personal experience I would recommend checking them out and as long as you understand the basic rules I don't see why anyone would have issues. Keep your receipt, and stick within the timeframe they give you for exchanging your stuff.
