  • I am writing this review about Macy's it is unfavorable they have sent me a leather sectional four times now it has been damaged all four times they took it back yesterday there was a bright sticker on the bottom that said the product was from China and contains materials that are known to cause cancer in humans I asked the manager to please take all of it back and refund me my money on my first payments on the furniture I gave them close to $2000 I asked them to refund it to me they said they would pick up the furniture and it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I was refunded my money and they were not sure if it would be in the form of cash or credit I do not want any credit I do not plan on shopping with them ever again this is so frustrating I may have to keep this piece of crap furniture because they are not refunding me my money to go buy other furniture and I cannot leave my house empty for a month and a half until they decide to return my money or credit me
