  • Had major issues with this company stay away I started up service with RK Marketing which is an authorized dealer for ADT Security Services I spoke with a sales rep by the name of Brian we agreed on a package that would be totally free of charge no installation no activation no equipment charges a installation date was set no one never showed up I reviewed the contract they sent to me via email which had several errors I called RK Marketing to correct the errors they told me they would and send out a new contract when I received the second contract the monthly service charge was different than the original agreement I called them again they said they would fix the error and for the inconvenience they would add on a light module free of charge with my equipment I received the third contract and my equipment was not correct they took off some original equipment for the light module I called again we went back and forth now they are refusing to install my security system I also contacted ADT directly they are conducting an investigation RK Marketing is also charging extra fees that is not approved with ADT
