  • If you love your dog & they are your babies I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My mom has been using this groomer nearly since they have opened. She has a Shih Tzu, who goes to the groomers once a month today he went to the vet for a check up & he had a major ear infection though I'm not saying the ear infection is the groomers fault but when our vet said there is no way they've been taking care of him properly because his ears should no wear be natted to that extent. Which caused him to have to go through unnecessary pain. Not to mention the couple times he has an appointment in the morning & nobody is at the building. What is the point of an appointment? & can't get a courtesy call that they need to reschedule just the respect of their clients time. I could go on some more but all I have to say, put your little fur ones in others hands that genuinely care about them.
