  • There's not a lot of restaurants or shops, but it is a nice area to walk around. We rented kayaks, later that day it got extremely windy and there was patrol on the lake to make sure we were okay and if not to pick us up and take us back. The water was swimmable, the staff friendly and the equipment was nice, the lake was not crowded. Definitely a nice get away from Las Vegas and the summer heat !
