  • Called A&E Roofing several days before July 4th due to wet spot I noticed in corner of living room ceiling. Neil arrived and gave me a verbal estimate and said he would send a written estimate in a couple days. He said he was busy so scheduled to come out July 20th or 21st and would call. After that I called several times trying to get that written estimate to send to my insurance company but I never received it. Then when the 20th and 21st came around, no phone call and no show for the repair job. Since we had torrential rains Sunday 7/23 and now again on Monday 7/24 the wet spot is larger and I'm sure there is additional damage I cannot see beneath the surface. This business has no website for contact, just an ad with a picture of a business card and a phone number. Guess that should have told me something!!! Very unprofessional and will probably cost more to repair now after the heavy rains. AVOID!!!!
