  • Even after reading some of the reviews on here I decided to try this place after my laptop crashed and I was faced with the "blue screen of death". It wasn't far from home and the prices seemed better than the other places I've been to. Most places charge just to run the diagnostic and then charge again to remove the virus(es). These guys did it all for one price--and it was cheaper than a diagnostic at some places in town. I took it in on a holiday Monday (they were open) and paid the $79 for 2-day service to fix whatever was causing the crash (I could have paid $59 for 3-5 day service but I'm impatient). They explained everything to me, said they would backup any pictures or docs in the case they had to reinstall Windows, and even offered to call first if that was the case. I was shocked the next day when they called in the afternoon and said it was ready (had several viruses and a root kit). They didn't need to reinstall Windows so everything was as it was--minus viruses , etc. When I went to pick it up, the guy who helped me was super nice, explained things, answered all my questions, and exceeded my customer service expectations. He even said that since my security software was expired, they installed one on there to help me out and then answered all my questions about available security software. (All this 10 minutes before they were closing with other people walking in the door and I never once felt rushed!) Bottom line, I had a GREAT experience here. They never upsold me, answered all my questions, and it was ready sooner than I expected. I will DEFINITELY bring my devices to them in the future! The only thing I recommend is, like others here, to map the location before you go. The store is a little difficult to find at first (it's not facing the street)
