  • This is for their delivery service from this location only. I have never been to the actual store. I think the delivery should be separate from the store, but I don't see a delivery one on Yelp. This was a hard one to review because while they did mess up, they tried to fix, which did require a few calls and being on hold, but they do offer a helpful service in the area and it is free shipping on your first order of $49. It's quite easy to get to $49 believe me, Vegas is expensive and plus there is sales tax. So 3.5 stars but I guess I will round up. Apparently my option defaults to allowing substitutions according to the customer service rep. Yet when they didn't have the salad I wanted, they did not sub for another similar brand or salad nor notify me. Therefore we got our dressing, but nothing to put it on lol. And since we only had carry-on luggage, we couldn't exactly take it back home with us as it was more than 3 oz. We ordered chicken, they apparently were out of this too (of course all this stuff was in stock originally just one day before, or else you can't put it in your cart). So now they did substitute, but it was for an organic chicken which was about the same price but ΒΌ the size, not ideal being there were other available options closer to what I had. There was one more thing missing but I forget now. Still, 90% of what we wanted we got, which was mostly dairy haha. They did offer us a refund on what we did not get and threw in some bottled waters and paper towels (their choice). We didn't need either, but thank you :) They would not, however, send us any other salad that was available so that we could get some veggies in while on this trip. I will use them again when I have a kitchen, and having a kitchen in Vegas if so important if you don't want to pay room service $18 for a banh mi sandwich. Just blocks from the strip it's like $3, but you need a car.
