  • I took my dog to be groomed there for the first time two days ago (we have been to other location but not this one before) and he is still no ok. I am not happy. It took 4 and 1/2 hours, his cut is lopsided, his ears were not cleaned, the lady that gave him to me had no paper work on what was done, she couldn't get him because there was an "aggressive dog lose" are the words she used and the place was dirty. He had hair everywhere, my car, my coat was full of left over hair like they didn't blow it off at all after the cut. I was very disappointed and will not be taking him back.
