  • Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Typical bait/switch tactics - they provide you with a GFE based on numbers you didn't discuss, and then you apply, and everything changes. When I inquired as to why numbers were changing, I was insulted, hung up on, and told I was wasting their time. Korry Humphrey is who I used. Guy should get an award for worst salesman of the year. Be forewarned, don't use this company.
