Another great experience - starting with a message from Tom, to a call from (?? - I didn't catch her name, sorry) to schedule the appointment and then Jose calling to confirm a time.
He arrived on time and QUICKLY and neatly replaced our softener and r/o filters. I followed him like a lost puppy while I watched and learned. He showed me and answered everything with the patience of a [good] teacher. He easily could have been out of here a lot faster if it wasn't for me.
