  • I tried Ike's for the first time during Temple's Art Festival earlier this year. They were outside giving out samples. I sampled the Ménage a trois, the MILF and the Barry Bonds sandwiches. They were all to die for. I promised to check them out again for the real experience the next time I was in Tempe. That time came this past Saturday. Undecided on dinner I knew I wanted a Slickables ice cream sandwich. "Sandwich" made me want a real sandwich so to Ike's we went. My boyfriend ordered the Menage a Trois (Halel chicken, BBQ sauce, honey, Swiss and pepper jack cheese). I ordered the Tony Soprano (ham, turkey, salami, provolone and Italian dressing). We both had our sandwiches on the whole wheat. The whole wheat rolls are soft, kinda sweet and divine!! In our bags were 2 little extra surprises, 2 green apples and caramel lollipops. What a treat! I already have a whole list of sandwiches I'm dying to try: The Julius Cesar, The Matt Cain, The Paul Reuben, and the Steph #CurryOne Til next time Ike's
