  • The staff was professional and courteous, they explained the process and problem to me in terms I could understand. Unfortunately, after requesting they look my car over to confirm it was in good enough condition to invest the money into rebuilding my transmission, I went ahead with the repair. I found out less than 24 hours after the repair from my regular mechanic that the rust on the underside of my vehicle was a BIG problem. Needless to say, the vehicle was sold and I broke even on the repair cost...wish the sequence of events wouldn't have worked out the way they did.
