  • If I could get away with giving zero stars I would! We are living in a rental and when we moved in we were told the dishwasher did not work. We tried seeing what the issue was and what it did was continually run water all over the dishes for hours -- I MEAN Hours. Sometimes 4-5 hours. The only time it would stop is if we manually stopped it. It never released soap or dried the dishes either. So we called and had a repair man come out. The second he walked through the door he acted like he was angry to be here. I explained to him what the problem was and without even looking at it he replied I think maybe you just don't know how to work a dishwasher. I had my husband come down and deal with him after that, because I was very upset. My husband also explained the issues and he started grinning and kind of chuckling. He told my husbands its normal for a dishwasher to run for 4-5 hours and my husband said I have never had a dishwasher run that long. The tech replied with "Well now you do." He did absolutely nothing for us, just made us feel like we were complete idiots. He continued to tell us there is nothing wrong with it, its just the type of dishwasher that will run for long periods of time. I ended up saying well okay then you can leave now. We were done dealing with him and his smugness. He never told us his name and his name is unreadable on the invoice, so I cant tell you exactly who it was. All I can say is he was a horrible Man.
