  • The whole chain's prices have risen somewhat in recent years, but Value Village is still a great bet. This location is a particular favourite of mine: it's TTC-accessible, the selection of clothing and accessories is great, it's well-organised, and the turnover-rate is high enough that you can go every two weeks and find new things. Recent finds of mine from this one include cotton sundresses, dress-shirts, and a nice Sears cardigan new with tags. Decent book section, too. Definitely worth a trip.
