  • This review is long overdue. I've been to The Sparklings quite a few times. Their food is subpar but the service I've received at the bar has always been spectacular. Angelo is always our bartender and he is phenomenal! Very personable, friendly, and attentive when it comes to our drinks and requests. They have Wasatch on draft, a delicious white IPA. They also have Happy Hour DAILY from 5 PM - 10 PM where drinks are 30% off! This includes bottles of wine... which makes it an excellent idea to enjoy Happy Hour here. I enjoy the quiet, inviting ambiance The Sparklings and look forward to coming back.
