  • Adam arrived on time, even earlier, and made quick work of removing a padlock of which I had lost the key. Before he started he gave me his hourly rate. When he was coming in the front door he noticed the smart lock was askew, showed me the problem and offered to change the lock at no extra cost. He said removing the padlock in just a few minutes was a large expense for his hourly wage. Therefore he went to Home Depot, got a new part for the front door, returned within half an hour and had the whole job done. In addition he checked out my furnace filter and gave me advice on that. I'll definitely use this company again.
