  • Not sure why I keep going to this location, but this time was the last time. I had a $20 coupon and still don't know why my amount came to $37. For fear of catching a charge trying to argue with them I let it go. I was advised of $1200 worth of work that needed to be done to the car, which from speaking to others is a common theme with them. Will never go back to them and considering the amount of business they COULD get from those who work in the area, they would treat people better for the repeat business. Talking to my fellow coworkers there isn't anyone who would use them again and that's sad on their part. Oh not to mention the last time I dropped my car off they didn't even change my oil and didn't call me to let me know they wouldn't be able to get to my car that day due to an issue in the shop.
