  • Good for the most part. Only issue I had was the type and care of treatment by the overnight nurses. I hadn't eaten dinner after admitting myself there so I was hungry. They said no food because of blood work, fair enough. Then during middle of the night I started feeling extremely nauseous due to not eating. They said there was nothing they could do about it as it was per doctor's rules. Then about an hour or two later they got me a sandwich box. I ate some of the food it, but too late I already threw up because I was already sick. They blamed it on the food being bad, highly doubtful it was. Then after that they said they can give me nauseous medication. Why was that not offered in the first place to prevent that? I wasn't allowed to drink water, but yet I was allowed to chew ice and swallow it which doesn't make much logical sense. Just not happy with the overnight care too much. I originally came for sleep issues and bad medical reactions that were close to life threatening was instructed my urgent care to head to the ER. I was miserable staying overnight because they couldn't give me sleep remedies either or give much of anything at all. I coughed up a storm periodically and was only offered cough drops. Pretty much only got about 40 min of sleep on and off. The iv pouch wasn't enough to hydrated me after nicely requesting if I could get more water to drink. They still said no, until way hours later they decided I can drink the water. Besides this, the front desk people, day shift nurses and are all great. Just not thrilled with the overnight-shift folks.
