I'm surprised to see other guests complaining about customer service because I thought it was just us that had a bad experience. Staff here don't seem to care much for the guests, they are just there to do their job and obviously not correctly... we were charged way more than we were supposed to and the lady kept insisting that we didnt understand and that she is right, we finally got her to listen to us and stopped trying to 'explain' to us as if we were an incompetent bunch, then she just went on to say 'I see' and 'I updated the price' then explained to us the new updated price without as much as an apology!!! From beginning to end, no apology!!! We still feel like she thought we were at fault when we left... anyways that wasnt even the worst of it... I have stayed here years ago and the hotel was pretty new... this time around... the beds are old (i was completely sunken in after a couple of mins on the bed, if you have a bad back... these beds will definitely kill your back)... the faucet handle in the bathroom was stuck shut so we couldnt use it, and none of the locks for any bathroom doors in the suite work... we tried to let the staff know but no luck... the answer was simply, sorry we cant do anything about it. For a hotel that invested so much money into its outer appearance, this hotel is definitely not worth staying at. We stayed here because we usually stay at the signature by mgm grand and since this is a mgm property... we figured it was worth a try. Don't think I'll be returning...
