We went for a late lunch and had the most amazing grilled sandwiches. Mine was bleu d'auvergne, double cream Brie, prosciutto, and pear-vanilla jelly with mayonnaise. It came with a small side of pickled beets, rhubarb, carrot, and marinated pears. I also had a mint-ginger soda.
Go ahead and read that again just so you get it all...
To ensure absolute decadence, we first snacked on a small container of olive tapenade with the house made crustini.
The sandwich was not big, but punched well above its weight in quality and taste. Quite simply, the place is amazing. Besides the incredible cheeses, they have a fine selection of meats, dips, and other delicacies.
