  • Great Customer service.. Eric was very accommadating! Through miss communication with another company I actually had two techs from different companies show up at the same time. Spoke with Eric, him and his tech were actually humored by it. As oppose to the other company who was annoyed even though I gladly paid their high fee to just show up and leave without even looking to see what the problem was. Innovative Air got the job for their great service and even a discount was given for the whole situation. Also, this was during a heat wave and they were available unlike most places. Btw their fee to just show up was way less than the other one and they even give free second quotes. Great Job!!
