  • Medallion wow what can I say? I used to rent proudly almost two decades at two of their properties. Both initially poorly management. The first property at 79 Jameson St in Parkdale their drunk super tried to verbally assault me for being homosexual. Now at their Sherbourne st location since 1998 this used to be bug infested dive. These assholes did not care back then rented to everyone! Ya, next door had bedbugs and my poor neighbor who suffered from mental illness was evicted after residing here for longer then me. Why? Simply cause the man needed help and they could get a lot more for his unit. Yes, this is the property manager. I called Mr. Espinola on July 15, spoke to his assistant and nothing. Sent an email yesterday outlying my concerns still nothing. And I do have concerns. I was disrespected by their Asst. property Manager Svetla at 555 Sherbourne miserable woman who paged security for me voicing my concerns. Goddam woman pretty cold. I will tell other and I do know a heck of a lot of friends in this building. You all suck!
