  • Dawn is amazing! I called Dawn a few weeks back to get health insurance. I called her first and left her a message to call me back and then I called another company. Although the other company was not rude they didn't make it appear that I had any options. I was frustrated and disappointed. Then Dawn called me back. She was extremely helpful. She asked the questions to understand my situation. She gave me information so that I was well informed and let me know that I did have options to have health coverage. After deciding to move forward with one of the options, we took the application right there. By the end of the call I knew I would have the security of health coverage I was looking for and I felt like I had a very trusting advisor that I could come to with any questions that might come up. Dawn provided the type of customer service that is rare in this day and age. If you need health care call Dawn Black!
