  • A friend recommended them when I was throwing a fit over my husbands lost phone with T-Mobile- with insurance they wanted $150 to replace..for a 2yr old phone he has never liked, it cost less than that brand new! Rather than get into a new contract with a company I was already disappointed with I came here.. First and foremost: They were very knowledgable. I'm far from tech-dense, but figuring out what phones would work (without paying hundreds!) was beyond me. We told them what we needed the phone to do- and not do (ie he doesn't take pics or use apps) and that we wanted to purchase as cheaply as possible so as to not invest in something we had no intention of keeping for very long. They met all of our needs! We will definitly be back when we are ready to jump ship to a new provider.
