  • My experience at this place was terrible from the moment I walked in. The place was completely empty. There was an older woman standing behind the desk. She was watching some video on her phone that sounded like an Arabic military torture scene ( I am not exaggerating). She continued to watch the video for about 30 seconds before even making eye contact with me. She finally told me to "sit down". She continued to watch the video on her phone. After about a minute or two she came over. I told her that I did not want any shaping or thinning of my eyebrows, just a clean up. After a couple of minutes she told me she was done. SHE BUTCHERED MY EYEBROWS. I have naturally pretty thick, dark eyebrows and now they are very thin and uneven. I will NEVER go back again and I will tell anyone that I know to never go there.
