  • Updating, as promised from initial post. Today was install of the new unit and Larry and Jake arrived ready to do the job. Two of the nicest young men. Professional, pleasant, and efficient! The entire job was completed in about four hours. We got a lesson on how to work the new thermostat, a review of the work they did, and they answered all questions we had. We are in the process of cooling down now and the new unit is so darn quiet! Far cry from what we had. Again, top review and recommendation for this company. Will not hesitate to refer them or call them if we need anything!
