  • Well, we had hoped that the ridiculous wait time to see a doctor was limited to the Smoke Ranch office, but alas, no such luck. We've been waiting for an hour and a half with no end in sight. Appointment was at 4:30 and it's now 6:00 pm. We've missed dinner and my wife is diabetic. They don't seem to care about their imposition on patients. Another patient here in the waiting room has been here since 2:30 pm and is still waiting.....in severe pain of course. This medical practice is in dire need of management, as there is none evident. Well here we are again waiting for over an hour and the doctor hasn't even shown up for work yet. The staff has no idea where he is. Furthermore, reports from tests were not obtained by the staff. This practice has no management and no concern for patients. Back again today and waiting for 1 1/2 hours past appointment time to see Dr.
