  • Not sure where all the previous reviewers customer service person was during my visit but the guy who I asked to help with a snowboard boot was extremely rude when I asked for the size I always wear and very defensive saying "let me do my job," when I told him I did not want him to measure me and that I knew what I wanted. He was willing to work a deal before this altercation. After I basically told him to back off because he was extremely pushy he said the price was what was on the price tag. Douche bag move. Won't return here.
