This is where I spent my Memorial Day afternoon. My friend's brother had a time share so we decided to meet up with them to enjoy the day off from work.
While I spent 80% of my time at the pool, I was able to check out their villa which I was pretty impressed with. It was a second floor unit with a patio overlooking the golf course. The furniture was comfortable and it was the type that wouldn't get ruined if you got it wet... translation, I sat on my chair with my wet swim trunks. They had what appeared to be a full kitchen without the stove. No biggie, we used the grills outside. I did get a peek at the bedroom and bathroom, both being very spacious and modernly decorated.
The pool area wasn't bad. Every pool in Phoenix/Scottsdale is clean so it's really just a matter of how comfortable everything in the area is. I didn't quite get the resort feeling at the pool but we were comfortable enough to enjoy the afternoon.
The grounds of the resort were clean. Common areas were well maintained. Not too shabby of a place.
From the looks of the golf scorecard, it looks like it's an average golf course by way of difficulty to play... catering to the average or casual golfer.
