  • Terrible Experience with David Kallay. If you show up in the sales offices and he is there, ask for someone else. Do not settle for his assistance in a home buying process. You are a sale only to him, he will do whatever it takes - untruthful, deceptive answers to questions. He knows he can get away with it because they hand you an 80 page document and tell you they need it back in 2 days. He is protected regardless of what was said. I walked away from this process, lost my deposit but it was not worth investing that kind of money with David Kallay and Mattamy Homes. If you are that unlucky to have to deal with him, make sure you only correspond through email and texts. He does not pay attention to detail and you'll quickly see he is not capable of performing his job duties. His famous line 'just sign it and we'll fix it later' Do not work with David Kallay if you are buying a home with Mattamy.
