Slightly disappointed when notified the flight would be delayed 25 minutes, but made the best if it by having some hors d'oeuvres and chatting with fellow travelers.
Once we were 1 hour past or boarding time, I went to check with the Southwest Agent, to see how much longer we were going to be delayed so I could let my ride know. The Southwest agent was extremely rude telling me that she had been making announcements all along, and that she would notify us when it was time to board.
So instead of an apologetic understanding and pleasant Agent...I was made to feel in the wrong for even checking to see when we would finally take off.
Not impressed Southwest, not at all.
