  • Awful experience. I've used this shop several times in the past with favorable results, but I will NEVER use them again. Minor repair took 8 weeks to complete and they introduced more damage upon delivery, requiring another estimated 1 and 1/2 weeks. There were no periodic progress calls. Denise is not well suited for customer service.
