  • I ordered catering here for a company party and they LOST our online order. I went to go pick it up and they had no clue that there was even an order sent to them. I sent it the previous Friday and went to pick it up on Tuesday - MORE than enough time to be notified of a catering order. I showed them the online confirmation and after talking to several different people who worked there, a manager was contacted and they said they would have the order done in 30 minutes... 1.5 hours later we finally got our food. The manager attempted several times to give us a partial refund for the inconvenience, but she didn't know how to and I ended up waiting another 30 minutes at the store while she fumbled to complete a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. We will not be ordering from this Chipotle again. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
