  • One star due to poor customer service. Came last week and the place was packed. The manager was writing names on his waiting list and stood around watching. There were 3 other workers hanging out in the back room, not helping anyone. I stood waiting for 20 minutes and not a single transaction was completed. No sense of urgency at all and poor time management. There were several who just wanted to make a payment....they should at least designate one person to take care of this simple transaction. I'm never going back to this location.
