  • If you sell Apple computers, your sales staff should have some knowledge of them. The clerk I dealt with had absolutely NO knowledge of Apple computers, but pretended she did. That's just not right, and I won't do business with a store that operates that way. I was prepared to purchase a $2500 computer. But with my experience with Best Buy Henderson, it won't be with Best buy.
