  • The best! Bruce and Susie are amazing to work with. They use a family diamond and worked to customize an engagement ring with it, and the end result was better than I can ever had expected! Bruce took the time to sit with my fiance and educate him on the diamonds, so he was fully knowledgable about his decisions. They also made my mother's engagement ring into a beautiful necklace, and used great techniques to help me visualize what it would look like. Again, turned out beautiful and Bruce took the time to help me customize the necklace to exactly how I wanted it. Wouldn't work with anyone else - they are top notch!
