  • I checked in around midnight on a Friday night and was greeted with a warm welcome. Saturday morning I awoke to a room that lacked attention to detail in the kitchen and vanity area. When I brought this to their attention, everything was cleaned and as an apology, I was left a gift bag with treats including mini chocolate chip cookies. Now, the reason for the 5 stars is FATIMA! She took care of us during Happy Hour. Pouring and serving our drinks but beyond that, she is kind, funny, engaging, and absolutely delightful. Not sure when I'll be back in Charlotte but when I do return, I will be back at Homewood just for Fatima and her "Happy Hour". Chris, take care of her so she's there alway. XO's to Fatima.
