  • We were really hesitant to stay here because of the many bad reviews which mentioned housekeeping stealing from guests but the event we were at was entirely at the hotel so we needed to be as well. We stayed in the HRH tower in a suite. There was a spacious bathroom with a huge tub and large separate shower....that we found a giant clump of hair in. There was a a large wet bar area at the front of the suite....with sticky schmootz on it. There was a big ironing board with a clothes iron that heated right up....and smelled like soy sauce when it was used. The bed was large and comfortable....and came with pillows that felt like someone wrapped pillow cases around phone books. Get the picture? On first glance the place was kinda cool and cute but on closer look, was dirty and kinda messed up. They don't provide a coffee maker, or a refrigerator, or a microwave. There are statements on the site and in your booking contract that state no outside food or beverages are allowed so that you have to spend more money on what little is available at their hotel. There are very few vegan options at the hotel and what is there is totally overpriced. There are several vegan dishes at FU, all of which were good but very much overpriced. All the restaurants, cafes, etc that we went to in the hotel were understaffed so the wait times bordered on ridiculous. We had no trouble with the staff we interacted with however. Don't stay here if you don't have to.
