  • Was referred by Mercy Gilbert Hospital after my husband was discharged from the ER, called to make a follow up appointment and the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Asking if we saw one of their doctors repeatedly. If I answer the question once, asking the same question over and over isn't going to get you a different answer. Then she asked about insurance which they will no longer accept in August, therefore denied me an appointment in June, by no longer accepting new patients. This is a referral from a hospital! The scheduling office is a joke. Rude people that don't care.
