  • In my opinion this was the worst experience with a business I have ever had. DC sound Could not get system to work like Carlos stated it would. Took vehicle to him twice and still did not work correctly. I was told the install would take only one day and work great. After first day sound only came out of center speaker in dash needed some special part, so went a few days with out a stereo. Took vehicle back for what was supposed to be a quick fix turned out to be the entire afternoon and sat in waiting room for 5 hours and wow they at least had sound when I left so that was good. The follow day system sounded horrible but it did have sound in most of the speakers... Long story short as Carlos would say had to take my vehicle to a more reputable shop to be fixed. They had to completely remove what DC sound did and start over because it was such a mess. It has cost me $4,000.00 to get vehicle repaired from the damaged caused by DC sound so just be warned. My opinion is do not go to these guys they are horrible. I hate to give a negative review but I would not want anyone to have to deal with what we did. After having the system DC sound installed removed I returned all the equipment to him for what was supposed to be a refund. Of course he lied and after returning equipment he refused to refund my credit card. I have now disputed the charges on my credit card. DC sound does horrible work and are not trustworthy. I will be filling complaints with the city licensing department as well don't use theses guys.
