  • We have popped into this store several times over the summer.when we happened to be at Az Mills, and was astounded by the variety of merchandise. Last week we were look at garden pots, and noticed many red signs that said 'All Garden 50%'j so we took some pictures, came home to make some choices, and went back today. Planned to spend about $200, When we finally got the checkout (why do these huge stores have only one check out opened) we were shocked by the price. Told the girl aout the signs, she said no, only the items that had a red slash on the tag. Not only did we see no slashes but there was nothing on the signs that indicated the sale was for selected items only. Got someone else to confirm for her, and they said the same thing. Told them to get the manager. Was told he was busy getting carts and had no interest in trying to call him. Fine. We left the entire batch of pots and walked away. Saw some other reviews that mention not only poor service, but several instances of bait and switch. So its not just me. Will not be back, and I will be contacting their corporate offices about this.
